About Mustafa Suldan
With 21 years of hands-on experience in real estate, Mustafa holds a Master’s degree in Operational Excellence and a Business degree and is a qualified real estate professional with deep expertise in project implementation, construction management, and urban development. His career spans London, the Middle East, Asia, North America, and East Africa, where he has led and transformed real estate developments through innovation, customer-centric solutions, and strategic planning.
From 2012 to 2015, Mustafa and his team in London consistently delivered exceptional results in property development, sales, and investment strategies. As the former Director of Kaabsan Real Estate, he led the successful delivery of Rugsan Gardens and Aragsan Village, Somaliland’s first independent gated communities. More recently, as CEO of Salaam Real Estate in Djibouti, he spearheaded the planning, design, and execution of Salaam City, a 7,000-unit affordable housing project, the largest of its kind, achieving 95% pre-sales before launch.
